Chicken-Mozzarella Gratin + Pasta Genovese

Chicken Mozzarella Gratin: 600 grams of ripe tomatoes 2 large unions 2 gloves of garlic 4 chicken breasts 2 balls of mozzarella ( can be cowsmilk or buffalo ) Salt and Pepper Wash and slice up the tomatoes into rather thick slices ( 1/2 cm ). Layer them into a fire resistant dish. If the stck it doesn’t matter. Dice up the unions and fry them off in a bit of olive oil until soft and slightly coloured.
