Try my 15 minute pizza recipe… INGREDIENTS For the dough: 1 cup of plain flour 3/4 teaspoon salt (kosher pref.) 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/3 cup warm water (more as needed) For the topping: Pasta sauce (tomato based or alfredo) Mozzarella cheese Other toppings according to taste/preference METHOD Mix dough ingredients into a bowl, knead (2 minutes) and then roll to fit into a large pan. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to pan and cook pizza base (medium heat, about 5 minutes). Add toppings, and then place under broiler (grill) for about 2 minutes until cheese is bubbling. Remove and serve. WARNING: The pizza is EXTREMELY hot when it comes out, so be sure to let it cool down before serving!Leave me a comment below to let us know what you thought about the clip.
