This video may be a how NOT to trey flip, but don’t let that fool you! You can actually learn a lot from this video due to the fact that it’s in super slow motion (and high definition!) so you can get up close and watch the proper technique of scooping and spinning the board in mid air, and also the correct feet position, all while laughing your ass off at flowbo’s nasty faces. Berserkbiz isn’t really into the tutorial video genre, but we decided that this footage was funny enough to be chopped and screwed in Sony Vegas 8, and then uploaded as a remixed video. flowbo actually lands and sticks the trey flip, it’s just incredibly sketchy, making all the more hilarious. We did not use a skate cam, but instead a Canon Vixia SF 11 High Definition Camcorder to obtain even better quality. The music track is also a remixed version of an old 64 bit console soundtrack with flowbo’s voice chopped into it. As a few tips, make sure that you have mastered the varial kickflip, as this trick will require that in order to be landed cleanly and correctly. Make sure to jump really high and pop as hard as you can, and then stay directly over your deck as it flips. Never try to jump onto your deck after the board flips, as you’ll end up landing on the nose of the board and falling on your face. Faceplants never impress anyone. CHALLAH RECIPE BLOOM THE YEAST IN YOUR BREAD BOWL 1/2 C. WARM WATER 105 F. 2 1/4 TSP. YEAST 1 T. SUGAR YOUR CHOICE SEPARATE BOWL BEAT LIGHTLY 2 LARGE EGGS 2 EGG YOLKS 1 1/4 T. KOSHER SALT ADD: 1/2 C. BREAD FLOUR BEAT TOGETHER ADD: 3 T. OLIVE OIL SLOWLY ADD: 1/2 CUP CHOPPED SPROUTS ADD: 2 1/2 C. BREAD FLOUR MIX WELL PUT ONTO FLOURED BOARD AND KNEAD FOR 8 MINUTES LET RISE ALMOST TO DOUBLE IN SIZE PLACE DOUGH ON FLOURED BREAD BOARD. DUST WITH FLOUR AND KNEAD AGAIN. UNTIL DOUGH ISN’T STICKY. CUT INTO 3 EQUAL PORTIONS BRAID TOGETHER BRUSH WITH EGG WASH AND SPRINKLE SEEDS ON TOP OF THE CHALLAH SPRINKLE CORN MEAL ON WARMED BAKING STONE AND PUT THE CHALLAH ON THE STONE.
